Walk north on Park Ave, cross Ski Hill Rd and take a left up Ski Hill. To return to the unit: Take 4 O'Clock ski run (open conditionally based on snowpack) all the way to Park Ave (terminus). Alternatively, walk to S Park Ave and take a left. Peak 7 and 8 Access: Hop on the Black route stop #212, directly in front of the complex on Ski Hill Rd. Bus will stop at Beaver run and continue on to the Village. Peak 9 Ski Access: Use stop #62, directly in front of Mountain Thunder Lodge on S Park Ave to get on the Grey Southbound route. Guests should familiarize themselves with local and state laws, including public health orders, that may be in effect during their dates of travel. Please adhere to these policies, failure to follow these rules may result in fines and could jeopardize our short term rental license. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Serious symptoms may require medical care and/or transportation to a lower altitude. Please be aware of the symptoms of altitude sickness. This property is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Icy and snowy conditions do exist at the property so guests must be careful when walking and driving. There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended. Additional vehicles or vehicles that exceed the height or length of the garage will need to pay for overnight parking at a town parking lot. The house has a one-car private garage and one parking space in front of the garage and that is the only onsite parking available. Pack n' plays and other child necessities can be rented from local Summit County stores Mountain Tots or Babies Away. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. The bathroom is fully stocked with hand, face and bath towels, toilet paper, hand soap, tissues, hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Coffee and tea are provided complimentary as well as paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials drip coffee maker, microwave, utensils, mugs, plates, drinking and wine glasses, cooking items (pans, measuring cups, measuring spoons etc.) and basic spices. Plenty of shopping and ski rentals are also within a short walk. Enjoy a quick lunch from Downstairs Deli or an upscale dinner at Briar Rose, the best steak in town, each just a minutes walk away from the condo. Main street and the center of town is just one block away. Additionally there is a free shuttle stop about a 2 minute walk away that can take you to the Base of Peak 9. Also at the base of the gondola is the Breckenridge Transfer station, with buses that can take you to Keystone or Arapahoe Basin for more mountain options or Frisco or Silverthorne for more shopping options. The unit is also a brief walk to the BreckConnect Gondola which takes you to the base of Peaks 7 and 8. Ski in via 4 O'Clock run and the Skyway Skiway which will take you to the back of the complex and just steps from your condo (pease note that this run may not be skiable in late season due to snow conditions).
